With WoW down this morning I was looking at priest stuff on wow.com and stumbled across this on the sidebar:

It made me laugh. :)
Of course, I have all kinds of ideas for different videos just like it. The voiceover would be saying stuff like "get off the boss & hit the slime. yeah, the slime. hit the slime!" and  "get behind the iceblock!" My guild is the absolute bestest, but you will stumble across players that are a little slow to get things. :p

(aw...) The Dress

The other day when we were cleaning out the garage & I found the old childhood pics I also found this:

This was the dress I had picked out back when I was living in Toronto.
It still makes me smile all these years later. I wish I could find the shot of it without the poufy slip underneath, it looks more flowy & just pretty without the pouf added to the skirt. There was a store not far from where I lived that had this dress. It was beautiful in person, sparkly crystals along the neckline and so soft & flowy. Very simple - very me. Just don't ask about what I did end up wearing on the day I got married. :p We ended up renting a dress that was the exact opposite of what I'd wanted but yeah, it's what we did. Let's not go there. It just made me smile to find this old magazine page stashed in my stuff & I wanted to share since it makes me smile almost as much today as it did back then. :)

September 12

Today is my little brother's birthday.

I haven't seen him in more than 14 years, and I didn't find any remotely recent pics of him (like, say from the last 20+ years... lol) but I do want to wish him a happy birthday. :)

I'm not sure you even know that this blog exists but it is one way for me to let all of you people who matter to me and are so far away know that I think about you & love you. If by some remote chance you happen by this little entry, I hope it finds you smiling and having the most awesome sort of day. :)

remote blogging

I came home from the gym tonight to a very sad baby, so I'm up here cuddling with my lil princess and sneaking in a blog post. I've got Kirsten with me too, and Bob Ross is on Create, so yeah - it's a rockin' Thursday night. lol  :)

I did have a great workout! I needed that - been tired this week & not running so much. I was able to knock out 3.7 miles in 40 minutes and it felt damn good.  ( I do desperately need a shower once Maiah's more settled, but yeah. :p)


lol I just glanced over & K's asleep. Guess we're not all that rockin'. :)

Ooooh, now some Italian guy is cookin on tv. Yum.

Yeah, sorry tonight's play by play is completely non-exciting. I just need me some pudding and I could lose the computer, sleeping girlies & Italian cook. Mmmm, pudding. And a hot tub. And something cold to drink. Now there's a fabulous picture. :)

Speaking of pictures I did grab a few of my littlest monkeys that I need to upload. So next time I get to actually sit at my own computer I'll give this little blog a cuteness fix. Promise! :)

Aw, it won't let me embed the code for "momma no" lol it's a favorite clip of ours. Let's see if a link will work. momma no There are some seriously funny clips from that show on youtube. Anything involving Carlton & Will overacting or dancing is bound to be hilarious. :) I heart Will Smith!

We still haven't found my authenticator. I'm totally bummed. May have to un-do it from my account. I just can't imagine where Maiah could have put it that we haven't found it yet. I wanna play. :(

Friday Night

So yeah, it's Friday night and all in all I'd say it was a good day. My authenticator has been missing since this morning (the one bad thing) but I distracted myself with other stuff.  Hopefully we'll find it before the night's over. :)

Oh, and sorry you're all stuck with more April-face. I wanted a pic for my Friday entry on here, and without any brand-new shots more me is all I have. My apologies. I'll grab my camera this weekend & get us some kiddo shots. I made this little "what made my Friday a good one" word/photo thingee out of boredom and I'm sharing it, so there. :p
