Friday already?!

Well kinda Saturday even. o.O

This week just kind of flew by for me.
I can maybe blame the crazy lack of sleep Maiah and I have been experiencing of late.
Or maybe having LV home from school. (He's off track right now.)
Or Brandon not being home. (He's been doing some work for Nina.)
Or the crazy raid night. (It was like, wow. I had fun, but I think I might have been the only one not put off by the horribly bad night we were having.)
Yeah, I don't know - it was an off week anyway. And it slipped by totally fast.

I didn't even play with the flip or my camera. And I only have one still left that I haven't shared here. And it's just me again. Boring. :p Must be time to grab my camera & my kids for a little photo shoot. Of course, I'd have to make some room on here first, but yeah.

Hmmmm... let's see.

I love rollercoasters, swimming & kisses.
I hate spiders.
I think pudding is the yummiest thing ever.
I like laughing with my kiddos.
I dislike Barack Obama.
I enjoy working out, eating out & cuddles under blankets.
I want the yoga pants from Victoria's Secret that say BEAUTIFUL across the butt.
My current hobby is, um... I'll go with pulling stills from our flip vids. Still having fun with that.
I am (once again) thinking of getting lots of blonde in my hair. I wanna do something & that's always been my go-to easy change. Of course, it's been a long time since I actually got past the thinking about it stage on that one, but yeah - I'd so love to at this point. Well, when we have the money. :p

Oh, and I am one tired mama!

Today I...

felt... beautiful!
watched... ski lift exit videos with Kirsten for laughs. (I was telling her that for me getting off the lift was always the scary part. Not that I ever was any good at skiing - but yeah, I was happy to get off the lift ok most days. lol) There's some funny stuff out there. This one made all of my kids laugh. :)


There are some really funny biffing it videos out there too. Of course there are also vids of people rockin' the slopes. Maybe I just identify more with the people who get wet (and still have fun!) while playing in the snow?! lol yep. That's it. :)
saw... Ices. :) She's such a sweet little baby.
did... ummm... 3 sets of pushups. (Elijah hopped on my back during the last set and about killed me. :p)
spent... 20 minutes on my treadmill. That's all the time I had. :p
made... the yummiest apple crisp and some whipped cream to go with it.
listened to... my "calm" itunes list. :)
went... to the store to buy Kirsten some pants for dance class.
ate... um, a yummy burrito, some applecrisp ...and maybe later, more applecrisp. :)
accomplished... lots. :) I worked out a little, fed my family, played with my kiddos, did some laundry, shopped for stuff we needed, stopped by to help Devan & Breanne move some stuff (well Vern helped Devan - I held Ices), cuddled with my own babe, laughed watching all of the snowboarders and skiers dealing with lifts, finished my book, cleaned and um yeah. Stuff like that.

I'd say it was a good day.

still flippin'

So yeah, I've been meaning to blog since Friday & this is the first time I had the chance to sit here. I was off doing things like attending a funeral, seeing Avatar in 3D again (and loving it just as much the 2nd time), shopping & attending Vern's grandma's birthday party. Yeah, it was a crazy kind of weekend.
I did spend a few minutes grabbing stills from videos to share. Yep, so loving the little flip. :) The stills from it are fun - a lot more candid than what I normally do & I'm totally lovin' it. (I just wish it had better image quality, but hey - it fits in my pocket & is catching little movies for me to enjoy of my kiddos. Can't complain that the shots I grab from the vids aren't of the same quality as shots from my 40D. :p)
So yeah, that's us lately. Crazy as ever. :)

...Got some wiiness in with Kirsten & Elijah tonight.
...My wii fitness age dropped from 33 to 26. Yay!
...Found this pic of me & my monkeys. Aw... it makes me happy. They're so cute. :)

...Maiah 1st birthday pictures! (She celebrated by cutting a 3rd tooth! :))That was one yummy crueller.
...I had a wonderful nap this afternoon. :)

I think that was 5. If not, it was sunny today, I had a nice walk and even though there was no raid, I got to play WoW a little bit tonight. There, we should be covered. :)

...Taco Time made me dinner. A crisp bean burrito. mmmm...
...had such a great workout today!
...was told I "have the softest skin" in the dead of winter. Go me!
...didn't lose a whole cat's worth of hair after my shower tonight. (Only lost half of a kitty this time. :p)
...raid night tomorrow!

Ooooh, and I'm headed to bed. Maybe I'll dream of something yummy ...like pudding! And I'll get me some good Maiah cuddles in the meantime. Yay. :)

ONE ...birthday girl

I can't believe it's been a year. My babe is growin' so fast! Go Maiah go! I love you so much princess beautiful!Okay, so I haven't taken pictures of Maiah yet today, but i figured I could celebrate for now by sharing shots from throughout the past year. I'm off to concentrate on making sure she has an awesome day. :)
